Napoleon Maddox is a rapper and beatboxer - a multi- disciplinary performance artist, writer and composer from Cincinnati, Ohio, US - living in Besançon, France. He is the leader of ISWHAT? - a long standing, eternal cypher of Hip-Hop and is comprised of an international family of
likeminded musicians and artists.

He has created and directed dynamic ensembles exploring the worlds of Jazz, Hip-Hop, Vocal Percussion and Minimalism. Maddox uses art to engage and inspire youth around the world.
